Stay way from this supplier if you want to save time and money. he will give a lot of headache and wil never accept his mistake and rather keep saying that he did everything alright. I received products as shown in the picture which I can never sell to my customers. these have white spots all over. I hired a local guy to fix this issue but that guy also said that these problems can not be fixed. I applied for Alibaba refund and provided, photo, audio, video and all the evidence of broken boxes and bad products but somehow Alibaba favored them because they get more business from them than me (Alibaba is not fair either) may be my comments will be deleted soon. Alibaba just want its money and then buyers are own their own. I received broken boxes and paid DDP cost to the supplier. Alibaba wanted me to get a damage certificate, which I can never get because shipment was booked by the supplier and not me. obviously I contacted shipper and they refused. stay away
